Yes! Rolling dollies are available as an add-on at $15 each. We have 5 dollies in our inventory, so they're available on a first-come, first-served basis. Add them right in the booking flow — they're delivered and picked up with your totes.

How does delivery and pickup work?

We deliver your totes directly to your door before your move. At the end of your rental period, we come back to collect them — you don't have to go anywhere. Just stack them up and we'll handle the rest.

How many bins do I need?

Our Studio package (15 bins) works well for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment. The Mover package (30 bins) covers a 1–2 bedroom home. The Big Move package (50 bins) is built for a 3–4 bedroom family home. You can also add extra bins at checkout if you need more.

How long can I rent the bins?

Rental periods run from 1 to 5 weeks. Choose the duration that fits your move at checkout. If you need more time, contact us before your pickup date and we'll do our best to extend.

Are the totes clean?

Yes — every tote is sanitized with an anti-viral disinfectant before delivery. Returned totes are quarantined and cleaned before going back out. We take hygiene seriously.

How much can each bin hold?

Each tote holds up to 50 lbs. We recommend keeping them under 40 lbs for easy lifting. They're great for clothes, books, kitchenware, bedding, toys, and most household items.

Can I use them for fragile items?

Yes, with appropriate padding. The rigid walls protect contents better than cardboard. We recommend wrapping fragile items in towels or bubble wrap just as you would with any move.

Packages start at $95 for a Studio (15 bins, 1 week). The Mover package (30 bins) starts at $140, and the Big Move (50 bins) starts at $215. Each additional week adds $50–$100 depending on the package. Delivery and pickup are always included.
